Hence, we currently do not offer exchanges or returns once an order has been shipped or delivered.
This ensures every grooming product you receive is untouched, pure, and safe for your pet’s

1. Exceptions
We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund if:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The product is expired or tampered at the time of delivery
2. How to Raise a ConcernIf you face any issue:
1. Email us at info@puretails.in within 48 hours of delivery
2. Attach your order ID and clear photos of the product & packaging
3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
Once approved, your replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
3. Return Conditions
Approved returns must meet these conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Used or opened items cannot be accepted
